A choice of 374 elegant Rooms, Suites and Bungalows span the Ikos Aria Resort. A main building houses Rooms and Suites, there’s a dedicated Bungalow Suite area and exclusive area for Deluxe Collection Suites.
Every room is well equipped with beautiful furnishings offering a stylish and comfortable home from home. Private balconies look out onto the expansive golden sands of Kefalos beach or the exotic hotel garden surroundings. Some of the Aria's rooms and suites have the added luxury of their own individual swimming pool.
Seven restaurants cater for Ikos Aria Dining with a la carte menus featuring in each. There is also a main Mediterranean buffet-style restaurant providing a relaxed informal dining experience.
Creative menus prepared by Michelin-starred chefs compliment the very best of modern Greek cuisine using fresh, local produce. International flavours can also be savoured, from Italian, French and Spanish to Asian and fusion tastes. The Wine Collection is put to good use too, with over 300 local and international labels expertly paired with every dish by Ikos Sommeliers.
Wine and dine or enjoy pre or post tipples of your favourite cocktail or branded spirit at the selection of bars. There are nine to choose from in picturesque locations, such as those with a serene garden backdrop or poolside.
Beach or poolside, rest and relaxation at Ikos Aria is guaranteed. Sunloungers and umbrellas are available on the exclusive stretch of beach and poolside too. Both also have a food and drinks service offering drinks and snacks throughout the day. You won’t have to lift a finger either, waiters will bring your order straight to your sunbed.
Whether you want to take it easy or keep up with your fitness regime you can do both here. Ikos Aria has a heavenly spa where you can be pampered and preened with treatments by Parisian spa brand Anne Semonin. From facials and body wraps, to full body massages – the treatment menu at IKOS Spa by Anne Semonin has something for both men and women. There’s a hairdressing salon and nail salon too (treatments, hair & nail salon at extra cost).
Treatment rooms also include a couples’ suite – ideal for those who love to spa together.
For the full spa-day experience, there’s also a heated pool, wet area with sauna and steam room and a fitness studio.
With its majestic beachfront setting, plenty of activities can be enjoyed at the beach. Watersports are a popular pastime and there’s a huge variety to try. So dip your toe in the warm waters of the Aegean and give windsurfing or canoeing a go perhaps? There’s also diving lessons and scuba diving (which can be arranged at extra cost).
Guest relations can help organise excursions (at extra cost) such as a Catamaran trip, private boat tour or yacht hire.
There’s a choice of pools, 2 main pools, 1 pool for Deluxe Collection guests and 1 spa pool. It’s no surprise that poolside there’s also daily activities taking place including Aqua Aerobics and in and around the gardens, such as yoga, zumba and pilates. There’s also four tennis courts, mini-football, table tennis, and a Giant Chess board.
Being a family friendly resort, Ikos Aria’s Heroes Kids Club is a great addition, offering creche facilities for 6 months to 4 years old’s (creche at extra cost) and a multi-lingual Mini Club (ages 4-12) and Teen Club (ages 13-17) to keep toddlers to teens entertained throughout their stay.
There’s also a Football Academy which takes place throughout the week (except Sundays) catering for various age ranges and a Tots Football Academy for little ones at Ikos Aria (football academy is at extra cost).
Covering 47 verdant acres, Ikos Aria's Location on the Aegean coastline is fringed by golden sand beaches of the southwest of Kos Island, the resort is just a 20 minute transfer from Kos Airport and 45 minutes from Kos Town. Kos itself is a fascinating destination with its imposing Medieval castle which looms over the ancient harbour town.
