Our 3rd wonderful holiday at Ikos Oceana . Every time has been amazing ..a holiday where you are totally spoilt and cared for . The staff are fantastic so friendly and helpfull . A special shout out to Eva who works at the adult only pool in the Provence restaurant. She is a total gem ...running up and down getting everything the guests require with a happy smile and a friendly chat ...I really dont know how she does it ...Eva you are a total star . Vangelis is the hotel manager and is so charming, friendly and approachable . Florin the assistant hotel manager is wonderful . Again kind friendly and nothing is too much trouble . Desprina welcomed us at Flavours restaurant...all staff I just cant name you all . The buggy drivers ,the gardeners ,the cleaners all 100 % wonderful . You leave feeling like you are part of a very special family. Hoping to return again next year ...missing everyone already . I must mention the wonderful location and the beautiful gardens . Ikos Oceana is like a little piece of Heaven .

Wonderful family holiday at Ikos Dassia in July. Staff are superb, service excellent and the hotel spotless. The food was great, we especially enjoyed dining at Provence and Anaya for dinner and Ouzo for lunch. Sun beds plentiful & comfortable. From the beautiful views to the complimentary mini cars the Dassia had everything for a relaxing holiday. Will definitely return to an Ikos in 2022.

Again, we had another fabulous Ikos holiday - great food, accommodation, service, drinks galore!. The only problem I have with Ikos is that it spoils it for everywhere else, nothing compares. So much so, our next two holidays are with friends and the other with family. Keep doing whatever it is you do so well.

I have regularly been to Ikos resorts for the last 6 years ( Oceania, Olivia and Dassia) each resort is excellent, fabulous service, food and great staff

We went as extended family, three generations, and everyone had a really great time. Just can’t fault the resort, food service, accommodation, excellent. Will definitely visit again.

We went to oceania in april 2019 and went to olivia in oct019 the begin and end of the season the staff were great nothing to much trouble and from beginning to end of the season there is no change in service from all staff. have been thoroughly spoilt will be returning again soon going to try other hotels in the group

Had a problem with the room when we arrived booked superior sea view couldn't see the sea but we were moved to a junior suite a lot better area very run down hotel though excellent staff friendly food very good service excellent

Couldn’t fault a single thing with the whole experience, service, cleanliness, food and facilities. The service is second to none!

From the moment we arrived at Oceania we knew immediately that we were somewhere truly special. The reception staff were attentive and welcoming and the reception area itself, with its splendid bar, comfortable seating inside and outside on the fabulous terrace really set the tone. Over a drink of choice from the bar we settled the essential paperwork before being whisked away to our junior suite with a sea view. During our week we went to each of the five outstanding restaurants. Our favourite was Provence which was closest to our room. The food, drink and the service were outstanding and Thelka and her team ensured that every meal we had there whether breakfast, lunch or dinner was a joy and a delight. To be fair all of our meals in the other restaurants were excellent. Whilst there we celebrated both of our birthdays and with Champagne and delicious Birthday cake and the staff singing Happy Birthday we truly loved our celebration. Due to a mixup on my part I booked the wrong day for my wife's Birthday which was promptly rectified by the reservations people. Imagine our surprise when our original booking also ended with cake and Happy Birthday!! To compensate for all the delicious food and drink we made good use of the Pilates classes, the great gym facilities and went for long walks along the sea and into Nea Moudania. Our junior suite with sea view was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and had its own private garden with two loungers, parasol and table and chairs. At the end of our stay the only additional charge we had was the city tax. A truly amazing holiday which we hope to be able to repeat next year.

The resort, the location, the rooms, the facilities, the food, the drinks and the service are all every bit as amazing as we had hoped. It is worth absolutely every penny!

What set the hotel apart from any other 5* that we have stayed in was the personal and incredibly proactive service. Unfortunately, on the first day of our holiday our youngest daughter came down with chickenpox and had to be quarantined in our hotel room for seven of the 11 nights that we were there. This could have spelled disaster for our holiday however, the Operations Manager, Christina, visited us as soon as she had been informed of the situation by the onsite doctor and did everything within her power (and possible a bit more!) to make our stay as brilliant as it possibly could have been. Whilst our holiday wasn't quite what we had hoped, due to the dreaded chickenpox, we still came away feeling completely relaxed and pampered.

We cannot thank Christina and the team enough for everything that they did for us and our family.

We will most definitely be returning.

Great resort. Lovely sandy beach, clear blue sea and warm water and great for swimming. The beach buddies beverage and towel service was excellent. Food in general very good and catered well for food allergies. All staff provide an excellent service. Also really enjoyed a day trip to Marmarmis in the Ikos car.

It was truly a fantastic holiday. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent swimming pools and beach. Lots of activities to take part in and fun evening entertainment. Very good food. Only 2 drawbacks for us; 1) we couldn't always get into the restaurant we wanted despite more than half of the tables within these restaurants being empty, 2) we felt the view from our room was not properly described at the time of booking, whilst we could see the sea it was a very restricted view and I did find this disappointing as with a 5 yo to put to bed I would have liked to sit on the patio in the evening and relax looking out at the water and not the back of another block of rooms.

One word Amazing !! Don’t need to say anything else
