We booked this holiday (honeymoon) to celebrate our conversion from a Civil Partnership to a Marriage and we are so glad we did. From stepping into the hotel on our first day to sadly leaving on the last day we were not disappointed.

We were greeted by very attentive staff and told they had upgraded us to a garden bungalow and it was stunning with everything you could possibly need even 24hour room service. The food was excellent but as always in all inclusive a little repetitive however we had the variety of the themed restaurants, the downside of this was they had to be booked and it was very difficult to find vacancies even at this quiet time of year (must be a nightmare peek holiday season)! Drinks were also of very good quality but seems the supplies of wines were low as they ran out of a lot of wines listed including the Pink Champagne which was deliciously dry (unlike the very sweet champagne they had as an alternative). The staff at the bike hire and water sports centres were not helpful and very much take it or leave it attitude, which was a shame as all other levels of staff were very friendly & helpful. It is the first holiday that we have not had to visit reception to complain about anything!!! We have recommended this hotel to friends & relatives and would not hesitate to return to this very friendly and high class all inclusive resort well done to the whole team you should be proud.

We had an amazing holiday at Ikos Olivia. The rooms, food and drink and staff were brilliant. There was lots to do for the children and it was good to have the option of the kids club even for very young children. We would definitely go again. One thing I would say is that there is quite a big difference in ambience between the 'deluxe' villas with their own private communal pool and the facilities for the guests not in the deluxe accommodation. Whilst it is all lovely - the deluxe bit was worth the extra money as it really was very luxurious and quiet.

Having come just weeks into its opening many things were unfinished but it will be beautiful when finished. Enjoyable stay.

Everything you could want in a holiday. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were polite and friendly. Beautiful people beautiful place beautiful food. Just perfect.

Service and food on par with our Maldives holiday.

Loved this hotel we have been 4 times always feel relaxed staff are amazing food also hotel is beautiful.

Only just opened sosome initial teething problems. Beautiful rooms, fantastic food. Kids entertained and parents happy!

This resort was everything that we had been told it was by friends who went the second week it was open. Our room was a dream, facing the sea and the pool, very clean and spacious. The restaurants couldn't have been more welcoming as were the staff in the hotel and all the bars ( not that we spent our holiday in the bars). We have recommended everything about this holiday to lots of people since we have been home and know of at least 1 booking that has been made following our comments.

Keep up the good work and we will be back again if we can.

We visited The Oceania in April 2015. Staff polite. We enjoyed the cocktails and tried most I think. Restaurant food was good but the room service was not only slow but cold when it finally arrived. All inc minibar was a good touch. Outside pools looked fantastic but too cold in April to enjoy fully. Would we visit again yes but maybe better in July.

Holiday was perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, fantastic rooms, food excellent, staff wonderful. Faultless

Enjoyed our stay tremendously even though weather was unpredictable , the staff went out of their way , various al la carte dining was excellent , room service also . To be quite honest could not fault anything . We stayed in a junior suite with sea views . My friend that was travelling with me has already booked this year and staying with her daughters . Will definitely come again.

This was a lovely Hotel, if a little remote with not many places to walk to out of the complex. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble.

I would definitely think about going back to this hotel if it was all exactly the same.

Our room was up the top of the hilly path, I don't mind walking but if you forget anything and you go to the beach area you have to walk all the way back ,service on the beach was fabulous very attentive ,the view from our room was not so good even though we asked for a sea view , food very good ,nothing to do once outside the complex except walk along a dusty road ,considering its meant to be a 5 star hotel and the price reflected that I wouldn't rush back .

We had a great time at Ikos Olivia. Lovely new hotel. Great beach on site. Good choice of restaurants, as long as you booked them up in time! Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and modern. Our room did have a drainage problem in the bathroom and the TV was hopeless - kept losing signal - but at least they did try to fix it. Loved the spa and the pools. The area outside of the resort was a bit disappointing. Would definitely visit again
