What a fantastic hotel. brilliant staff and food great. Lovely setting overlooking the sea and the service on the beach for drinks was brilliant. The drinks were branded which was a real plus.Did not have a toaster the first day, but one appeared the second day, how efficient. Lovely beach and more than lovely sunbeds. Only crtitism was the location, as you were not near anything to visit

We went in April. Not too busy, but pools were freezing cold. Not good, when your 12 month old son only can swim in a pool and is scared of the sea. Other than that, I was a lovely place for a young family to just chill out and relax. About 19-25c. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Plenty of restaurants. Will go back some day.

We had such a great stay at Ikos Oceania, the staff service was superb from the moment we arrived. After a long day travelling, with young children, we were greeted warmly, offered a drink and our bags were dispatched to the room while we were checked in. The service by poolside was fantastic! Our two young children were treated like kings and queens by the ever-helpful staff. The restaurant food had such a wide variety for all of our meals. Fresh salad, fish and meats always available with a smiling face to serve them. I cannot compliment the hotel and its staff enough! I would love to travel back to Ikos very soon!

We had a lovely time, the staff couldn't do enough for us, and very impressed with the accommodation and facilities. The choice of restaurants is exceptional and as we prefer a la carte dining in the evening this was perfect. We are going to the sister hotel the Oceania this year for a change but would definitely go back to the Olivia.

Lovely hotel, most staff friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself has a lovely panorama, promenade by beach was a nice walk but can't help feeling the town had seen better days. Adults only infinity pool by Asian restaurant beautiful, but a bit squashed and sunbed cushions started to look a bit grubby. Service by the pool was wonderful and having the restaurant so close by was ideal, just fall off sunlounger straight into restaurant. Went to main pool one day, not impressed! Very crowded, people almost sitting on top of each other and drinks service was dreadful. Evening shows were a bit repetitive with same cast (all very talented) just in different outfits. Daughter very much enjoyed the fitness classes, top marks to Alex! We also enjoyed a couple of dance classes. Choice of food and restaurants top class, selection of cocktails fantastic although the cocktail lounge did get crowded (very popular) in the evening. Had pedicure and manicure in salon, most staff friendly but the lady I had not so, nail polish chipped by 2nd day! (This is very petty I know, but you are paying for good service at the end of the day). Talked to main restaurant manager and she said they have big plans for the Oceania and are going to make improvements, by which time they will probably deserve a "perfect" rating.

We were on our family moon with 2 kids, the hotel had just been finished and we were among the 1st guests to stay at the start of the season. There were a few teething problems as one would expect but nonetheless our stay was excellent! The facilities were superb, the kids club was excellent, the food and drink were absolutely fabulous and the staff were excellent too! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for an all inclusive family holiday. I think it would be good for couples during school terms. Overall a really positive experience thank you!!

This is a much bigger hotel than we would usually go for, but that didn't detract from the warmth & friendliness of the resort & staff. As this was our first time at an all-inclusive hotel, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food & drink available.
A negative point was having to book three days in advance for one of the four a la carte restaurants. That said, the buffet (5th) restaurant was very good in its own right with plenty of meat & vegetarian options. Each restaurant has its own wine list, but not once was the first choice bottle available... Someone needs to sort this out. The hotel is a bit of an oasis in that there is not much else around, but if you enjoy walking or cycling, there is the local market & town of Nea Moudania south of the hotel or miles of beachfront road or track to the north. For those less able, Ikos lay on a shuttle bus to take you to town.

We stayed at the Ikos Oceania in 2014 and thought that was excellent but the Olivia exceeded our expectations. The resort is more low rise and a mix of central hotel and small villa blocks. We stayed in a standard hotel room with shower. It was very stylish and pristine, with a fully stocked mini-bar, which was topped up every day, a coffee maker and fruit bowl. The food in all the restaurants was excellent, you can eat buffet style at numerous restaurants or a la cartel at a choice of 3 in a week's stay. We ate in the French, Italian, Greek and also the external Greek taverna nearby, which is also included in the price if you want to meet people in the local community. The service throughout the resort was superb at all times in all the bars, restaurants, by the pool and at the beach. The manager Timolean even drove us to the Greek taverna personally as it was raining that evening. The resort never felt overcrowded and we could always get sun beds by the pool or on the beach. It was sometimes busy in the bar during the evening but we always managed to get a seat and there were plenty of waiting staff so service was quick. The cocktails come highly recommended.
I travel extensively and this is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We have already booked to stay again in 2016.
