We have been 2years on the trot have had a fantastic holiday,food,staff,hotel all 5 star.

We will be back for the 3rd heat in 2017.

2015 we enjoyed a 7 night holiday at Ikos Oceania. This year we had 10 night stay, we were again impressed with your beautiful hotel courtesy of the staff and thought the holiday was good value for the money.

This was our second visit to the Oceania and loved every moment of our holiday. Staff are amazing, friendly and smiling all the time, making you feel so welcome. For the first time ever we have booked to go to this hotel for the third time shortly. Can't fault it! Can't wait!

I thank God I found this piece of heaven. We only booked a week and I was so, so sorry I had not booked for longer. I could write reams on the quality and diversity of the wonderful food or the spotless and cleanliness of the resort - even the beautiful areas, both in the hotel and surrounding areas, but what was the icing on the cake was the brilliant, lovely, friendly staff who just could not do enough for us. From the moment we were picked up in a private car (as there were only 2 of us to be picked up), to the wonderful welcome with food and drink in our beautiful and large room with balcony to the time we left, we lived the dream of the elite. Thank you all as not one of your staff failed in their jobs. Such smiling, warm, happy staff. Fantastic private beach, entertainment nightly, hiring of bikes and trips by coach added to the positives for this great resort. Ikos Olivia you should be so proud of them.

Amazing holiday, we have had so much stress this year and it melted away on the first day, we truly were able to get away and have an amazing family holiday.

One little issue we feel you may need to address is the dining out option, in our opinion this is not upto the immaculate standereds of the hotel, and would need to be improved or left out completely.

Other than that we have no faults.

All the facilities were first class,service second to none,all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Restaurants were all top class with food/wine to match and ambience

All outside areas were beautifully maintained and pool areas exceptional.

Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Rooms need more sound proofing, and the dinning out experience was a little disappointing because of mosquitos. Apart from that a great holiday with exceptional service from the staff.

From the moment we arrived we both experienced a service standard that was maintained throughout our visit.

All of the facilities were all above our expectations, but it was the service that stuck in our minds, from the consistent friendliness of the staff to their professional knowledge of all parts of the Hotel.

we had a small problem in the room and was resolved within 10 minutes of reporting it.

In every Food and Beverage outlet all staff knew the menu, were very helpful with suggestions of the food and wine, which is impressive considering there was 5 Restaurants

Would certainly return maybe sooner rather than later.

Fantastic time great relaxation place staff were the best we have seen i would highly recommend this resort for anybody takes holiday relaxing too new heights the food and places to eat were of a high standered loads of sunbeds to lay on and pampered by the staff drinks and food could be brought too you on the beach buggy from beach to apartment private transfer from aerport to hotel and back no stress no hen or stag partys family and couples pools so have choice of company no high noise levels beautiful beach great quite complex even with children everybody we talked too had nothing but praise for the whole resort have to say your staffs customer service is the best with them made it a holiday to remember thank you from me and my wife and hope more people get to enjoy your resort

We can not recommend this hotel highly enough, staff are lovely & service is outstanding.

We booked Ikos Olivia for our annual big family break. Catering to 17 of us, all with different needs and tastes was going to be a challenge for any resort but the staff and service at Ikos Olivia for exceeded our expectations. It is a new resort so everything is clean and new. We had every type of accommodation type combination you could get, as there were so many of us. The resort was full but it didn't feel like this was the case; always spaces on the sunbeds (and if the ones out were all taken up, they put out new ones for us), the all inclusive was a massive plus point as no nasty surprise bills at the end of the trip or on our credit card bills coming back. The staff are all lovely; they were all very smiley and professional and could not have done enough for us - from requesting wine/other drinks to take to our rooms, to more glasses if we congregated in one person's room, etc An overall excellent management means that the staff are well trained and their customer service levels were second to none. Would def recommend to anyone and everyone we know. Thanks so much Ikos Olivia.

Perfect holiday with excellent staff and facilities. A wonderful experience with many happy memories. Highly recommended.

We normally go to Mexico on holiday but our friend recommended this hotel to us. It was the best holiday we have been on by far. It was our first trip abroad with our baby and we were anxious about how it would be but they made everything so simple for us. Fresh baby food was provided daily and they were more than happy to make the baby's bottle up for us as well. We are booking for next year we loved it that much. Thank-you for a wonderful holiday.

We had looked on Trip Advisor and thought surely the hotel cannot be this good, but it was. Our room was a junior suite with sea view which we felt couldn't be better. We especially enjoyed eating at the a la carte restaurants. The food in the main restaurant was very good also.
