We had a brilliant time, from the moment we landed in Greece, every things went like clockwork, we had a lovely driver that was waiting for us at the airport, the hotel was lovely, we got upgrade to a bungalow, all the staffs was very friendly and very helpful, there was plenty restaurant to choose from for meals, foods was very good,our bungalow was very impressive, very clean and lot of space,the weather was lovely, we had a week of sun,will definitely go back again as we had such a good time there,can definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of going,you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing holiday at Oceania, the hotel is really beautiful (just like the photo's). The staff in the reception, bars, restaurants, and poolside were fantastic, nothing was ever to much trouble. The food/ beverages were exceptional, Indoor pool and Spa facilities were great. This is truly a 5 star hotel catering to you ever need.

An amazing hotel in a beautiful setting, carefully landscaped gardens make full use of the ancient olive trees. The wonderful staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurants offer a huge choice of delicious food. The rooms are beautifully decorated in all my favourite colours. We have already been twice and intend to return again.

This really was a superb holiday. The staff were very polite and friendly and our room was fabulous with beautiful views. All the restaurants were excellent but our favourite was the French restaurant.

I never normally leave reviews but would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall experience was brilliant, however for us what will stop us returning is the entertainment. We had a 4 & 2 year old and only experienced the evening entertainment once as it started at 9.30 which is far too late for children under 4. So for us we didn't feel like we got the full use of the hotels facilities. The beach was disappointing also (Deluxe private) as the sea was pebbly therefore not ideal for children. We would have also liked the option to buy decent wine when dining in the buffet restaurant as we didn't like the other wine offered. However we did love all the other restaurants, villa and pool area. The hotel, rooms and surrounding areas were immaculate! Handy shop on site but need to sell all nappy sizes.

This is our third time at Ikos Olivia and we have already booked for October 2016. We have stayed in a variety of rooms from the main building to the bungalows and they are all very good, this time we had a first floor garden bungalow that also had a view of the sea, it was very spacious, well-furnished and spotlessly clean, the maids come in daily replenishing anything that needed replacing from the toiletries to the mini bar which is part of the all-inclusive package along with room service, the maids do a great job.

The grounds are kept beautifully and all the plants and lawns are well established there is a lovely herb garden to walk around along with seating, there is a well-stocked shop that is reasonably priced this is next door to the children’s club and the doctors of which my husband had to visit, the doctor is on site all day and speaks very good English, the reception staff took the prescription to the chemist and had the medication collected at no extra charge.

Flavours the main buffet restaurant is excellent they use fresh ingredients and many dishes are cooked right in front of you. The chef was also seen in the self service area checking on the food. The a la carte restaurants (French, Italian, Greek and Asian) are an absolute delight, the Greek (Ouzo) is on the beach front with wonderful views, George and his team really look after you as do all the other staff in all the restaurants. There is also an outside traditional Greek restaurant which is also included in the package but as yet we have not been there, it is within walking distance to the hotel and we intend to go there in October.

A new bar has been added since last year called Helios this is located next to Flavours which is also close to the beach again there is great views that overlook the sea. The other bar is located in the main building this also serves the swimming pool during the day the team are constantly walking around bringing you drinks, George and his team work very hard keeping you supplied with excellent cocktails and other branded drinks the bar is opened until 2am every day.

The management team are seen daily walking around and making sure everything is running smoothly and if you happen to have a problem you only need to speak to them and it is sorted they are all very approachable and friendly.

All the staff from maintenance to the management team work extremely hard to ensure that you have the best holiday ever thank you everybody.

Our week long holiday at the Oceania was more or less a last minute treat. With it being all inclusive we thought all would be fine - and we were right ! Everything was first class - the suite was lovely, the food was plentiful and loads to choose from and the drinks service at the pool was the best we have ever encountered - we even refused drinks some of the time (unheard of) !!!. The a la carte restaurants were very good too although these are very popular and you must book as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment - we managed to go to them all and my favourite was the Italian.The staff everywhere were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Always, there were loungers available (of course we were off season) but there are enough pools/loungers that I think you would not have much of a problem anyway. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Only downside - it's maybe a bit hilly in parts but this did not take away from our holiday. The entertainment could have been a bit better. There were only two theatre shows when we were there but maybe this was because we were out of season - but there was always entertainment in the large lounge every night, but normally only until 10:30pm. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing time which was the general idea and we were looked after superbly by your staff. Oh, one more thing - the views from the hotel are stunning! We would like to return as we were very impressed - hopefully next year. Happy holidays everyone.

This hotel is a professional operation from the time you arrive to the day you leave , I am very particular about the things in life which sometimes its a gamble, please be assured that this product is the real deal.

Fine hotel, wonderful and helpful staff. Excellent food. Downside was the number of children. We had a room with and amazing view but it had a communicating door to another room occupied by a young couple with a child. We could hear every sound that occurred in that room. The al la carte restaurants were excellent but again spoilt by the presence of children. I am aware that this is a family resort but even though we travelled outside the school holidays, did not expect the number of children.

The Ikos Olivia is absolutely a five star resort. Everything about our holiday was brilliant. We met some very nice people and enjoyed lovely weather combined with excellent (excellent!!) food. The resort is on the flat so is accessible for any traveller. It is very well maintained and the service and staff could not have been more helpful.

The rooms was very nice and extremely clean. As stated the food was exceptional and available all day. The bar staff had obviously been very well trained to mix cocktails and they were all delicious.

I will definitely look to travel to this resort or any other Ikos resort if they are all to this standard.

Our holiday was just what was needed after a busy season. Ikos Olivia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11.00 pm to be greeted by friendly staff, hot towels, champagne and a healthy snack to eat in our upgraded room.

All of the staff in the resort; cleaners, gardeners, catering, maintenance, waiters and managers were friendly, professional and eager to please. They really seemed to mean, 'have a nice day' rather than a sentence trotted out on a regular basis. They were sincere in their wish that our holiday was a positive experience.

Hotel staff enforce what they write about leaving towels on sunbeds - the first time that I have known this to happen and it made for a much better environment and eradicated the need to sit in one place all day, in case another sun bed was unavailable

The restaurants were superb and worthy of first class recommendations. Our favourites were French and Greek; but the main restauarant does not disappoint either and we sampled marvellous creations by the main chefs on a daily basis. No-one need to worry if they cannot secure a reservation in a themed restaurant, the main serving area is equally stylish and the food is of a very high standard. We have booked to visit Ikos Olivia again in 2017 and Ikos Oceania in 2016 - the first time that we have made repeat visits to a particular hotel; such was our favourable experience. This was the perfect break for us. First time at an all inclusive resort so a little hesitant as to what to expect. What a wonderful surprise. The food in the main dining room excellent catering for every need and taste and beautifully prepared and presented. The addition of other restaurant options was a real plus meeting again a high standard of dining.

The staff exceeded in every way to meet your needs, always pleasant, polite and ready to go that extra mile.

Exceptional spa and treatments with quality beauty products used.

We stayed in the deluxe suites which we felt were value for money. Would not hesitate and have in fact, recommended this resort to so many more friends and family. Both my daughters and their families have spent holidays here and feel the child facilities excel being a safe environment and competent staff.

Can't wait to return perhaps this time to try the Olivia.

This was our second visit to Oceania and I think it was better than the first. From the moment we arrived and during our ten day stay we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble and if you needed anything all you had to do was ask. The variety and quality of the food was very good and the choice of cocktails endless.We stayed in block 5 with lovely views and the meal on the beach was great.

All in all a fantastic holiday and will be returning to Oceania as soon as we can.

We had a great fun relaxing family holiday at Olivia! Couldn't fault on anything apart from the evening entertainment! We went in April and there weren't any evening entertainment suitable for the children - probably early in the season? We typically don't like to go back to the same place for holidays but we will definitely go back to Olivia in the near future!

Ikos Oceania is possibly the nicest hotel we have ever had the privilege of staying in. The service by all the staff was impeccable,the meals and drinks were extensive and of excellent quality. The hotel facilities were overall exceptional. Can't wait to go back.
