Wonderful 10 nights at the hotel. We couldn't have been better looked after given we had the Guest Relations Manager of our dreams - Tasos. What a find! ALWAYS willing to help, really kind and fun loving natured and a reason why we'd book again for sure. The team all in all were great - from the sommeliers in the restaurants (the one in Provence was particularly amazing and the team - Giannis and Karolona), the team in Kids' Club - especially the lovely Nicola who my 7 year old actually adored; and the team on the beach.

We had wonderful food throughout although would have liked to have seen more strawberries and kiwi fruit at the buffet breakfast. The choice was amazing and the staff very helpful. I do think they needed more staff at the buffet as we waited a bit too long for coffee a few times and there was always a long queue for the pancakes. This is a minor gripe - have to say, everything was overall very wonderful.

The pools were always clean, pool and beach service was great, the staff more than happy to serve slushies to our children etc etc.

I had my birthday while staying at the hotel and we had an amazing dinner on the beach and Tasos had organised a birthday cake for me which was so very thoughtful.

Rooms were clean - it did take three calls for housekeeping to bring us extra hangers - think they needed to be a bit quicker and on the ball - BUT again, this was a minor gripe. Everything was super clean and we really did have a fun and happy holiday. I couldn't rate the holiday high enough and with three children, it was great value and a really relaxing and fun break for all.

The children loved the pool party the best, I loved the daily exercise classes in the am and then lovely meals in the evening I have to say. The clientele were lovely too and the kids mixed very well with other children. I would like to see more for 11-13 year olds going forward in to 2017 as do think this is a gap in the market and they are a hard age to please! Saying that the free kayaks and pedalos and the crazy couch (we had to pay for this last activity) was more than great. We loved the beach as well as the pool and really would recommend the resort for anyone with kids. A fab holiday. Thanks everyone!!!

Excellent hotel. Our second trip. Didn't disappoint.

We travelled as a party of 22 for our fathers 80th birthday which as you can imagine would test any hotel but from the moment we arrived at the airport everything went amazingly well, we were taken to the hotel by a great driver who cracked jokes all the way and provided plenty of water and air con, on arrival the staff that welcomed us were a sign of things to come, friendly is an understatement and we were given ice cold towels. The bungalow we were upgraded to was immaculate and garden terrace secluded and spacious, the room has wifi and a uk plug point(great touch), nesspresso machine and rainfall shower, next stop Flavours for lunch, I've been to all inclusive before but what sets this above the rest is the quality of the food, wine & service, we were met by Claudio who became our contact at Flavours and really could not do enough for us(top bloke). Next it was to the beach to relax on a sun lounger, they were always available, every day and at all times with towels and drinks service, we organised a photographer on the second day who SOMEHOW managed to control/conduct 16 adults and 8 children to take incredible pictures, a lovely memento of our holiday, on the third day we hired two cruise boats that took us out towards the sunset for us to take fantastic pics. The fourth day was spent by the pool get served cocktails and food, the hotel staff are the best I've ever seen, they seem genuinely happy to be there, before I go I must make a special mention to Joanna, Dimitra,Claudio, the manageress at Anaya, the staff at Helios and Indigo bars were superb and know their cocktails. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children who want a 5* luxury experience, we are already planning to come back. Well done all, you should be proud of yourselves. Absolutely fantastic holiday. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, ideal for families. customer service is the best I have ever known, everyone has a smile and can't do enough for you. If you have been to all inclusive hotels before this one will surpass them. the only thing that would make it a 6 star experience is a better beach. It is sandy but shingly as you go into the sea making it uncomfortable underfoot. Superb!

The first time we have ever done all inclusive, but what a treat!

Firstly the staff where so helpful and really great with our 3 year old.

The food choice (and cocktails!) offered a great variety, which was very useful with a little one. It was also all very tasty :) was a little concerned about the mention of a dress code as I hadn't bought trousers. Luckily smart shorts were OK.

The pools were never too busy, neither were the sun loungers or beach. Really enjoyed the slide pedalo you can use for free (for 30mins) off the beach. We also made use of the bikes to get out and explore.

Wondered down to Nea Moudina one morning. The church was very beautiful and everyone was friendly.

A wonderful place to visit with toddlers and properly relax. Genuinely unlimited and extensive selection of very high quality food and drinks. The crèche is better than any I've been to in the UK and run by the 'cream of the crop' UK Nursery Nurses. Babysitting is carried out by the same Nursery Nurses, making a few nights out a real option to go for a meal and completely relax. The pools are pristine and there are 5 or 6 options, all of different depths. Daily room cleaning is impeccable. Every member of staff is well trained and incredibly friendly. The only watch out is that the resort is on a hill, so we were pleased we had taken the double pram to wheel the children from the pools at the top down to the beach. If we can afford it, we will be back next year or might try Olivia.

+ Big plus is staff attitude, and they were satisfied with their jobs i.e. their smiles were not false.

+ Food v.good (apart from off-site restaurant in Nea Moudania which was poor...food average, service good, environment poor)

+ Wine and drinks very good (availability of Southern Comfort would have been nice).

+ Being served around the pool and on the beach is a clear differentiator (thankyou) - keep it up!

+ Quality wine with dinner (inclusive) is also a clear differentiator (thankyou).

- Bicycle Service: (1) poorly maintained - could cause injury. (2) make it clear that a service is available to take the bikes back up the hill as pushing them is more strenuous than the trip itself,

- A sunglasses cleaning service is possibly OTT (over the top / unnecessary)

Evening entertainment

+ on the main balcony was great

- in the show hall (cabaret) was poor

Olivia is lovely too (we visited). Better for village look / those with less mobility, but we would continue to choose Oceania, because it feels more compact and scenic being on a hill. (it's as well kept as Olivia)

We had the most amazing holiday, everything was perfect. This is without doubt the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff who seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful holiday from start to finish nothing was too much trouble.

A week of paradise. Just what we needed in the run up to the arrival of our first baby. Excellent food and impeccable service from the outset. Will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, the food drink and facilities were excellent.

This was our 2nd visit to the Ikos Oceania, never before have we ever returned to a hotel no matter how much we enjoyed but we were so amazed at the standard of the Ikos we had to book again, this time we went with our friends as we had recommended it so highly to them. We just hoped that it was going to be just as amazing, and indeed it was if not even better. The whole place is spotless. The staff can not do enough for you,they all have such pride in their hotel and want to make sure that every second of your holiday is perfect.

The resturants are 1st class we never had a problem booking which ever one we wanted to eat in. I have to say I could not choose a favourite one as all so different and all so delicious.

As for our suite, Wow!! Presidential We stayed in the Deluxe 2 bedroom suite in the main block. Beautifully decorated each bedroom with its own ensuite, a huge lounge area, dinning area ( we ordered room service one night just so that we could experience eating at the lovely dinning table) a fully stocked bar, tea and coffee .The balcony ran the whole length of the suite complete with table and chairs and sun loungers. The views where stunning totally uninterrupted.

We spent most of the days at the beach we didn't even have to leave our loungers to get a drinks or a snack as there was beach staff that constantly walked up and down to take you order and always with a smile.

I would like to thank all the staff especially the hotel manager Savvas who would make a point of chatting to us every day making sure every thing was right and that we were happy, also a huge thank you to the lovely Maria the front office manager you helped make our holiday the most perfect stay, so much so we will be returning this September.
